Important Notice Regarding Wines ByGraoes Alcoholic Orders and Deliveries

All purchasers and recipients must be 21 years of age or older. All shipments are delivered via certified couriers (such as FedEx and UPS), and an adult 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the shipment upon arrival. By signing for the package, the recipient confirms they are at least 21 years old, and any misrepresentation to the courier is prohibited by law. Any violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If you find the wine is spoiled, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid for the bottle for as long as 180 days after purchase. We kindly request you outline which wine is not satisfactory when reaching out. 

We cannot ship to P.O boxes.

Once a package has shipped from our Distribution Center it is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Some orders will process extremely quickly, and once the packing process has begun an order can no longer be cancelled without applicable return and restocking fees.

Wines by Grapes offers local pickup and delivery options in addition to the standard "to your door" option.

Where We Ship

As much as we want to deliver to everyone, each state passes their own laws which define how wine (and other alcoholic beverages) reaches their borders. Until these laws change, we cannot ship to all states.

However, if you live in one of these states, there are still things you can do to get your wine. You are always able to ship these to friends or family members (over 21 years of age) in a neighboring state. Another option is to ship these orders direct to a FedEx or UPS store location in a nearby state where we are able to ship and you can then pick it up.

This only applies to the items containing alcohol.

Refund Policy

Once a package has shipped from our Distribution Center it is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. By Grapes guarantees its wine for 180 days and in the event of a refund, refunds may appear in 5-10 business days. There will be a $35 restocking fee.
